About Endeavance Capital

20+ Years on the Other Side of the Table.

Greg Loudon — Founder & CEO, Endeavance Capital, Inc.

I spent my career reviewing loan files as a banker — not submitting them. That's the difference between Endeavance Capital and most brokers you'll talk to. I know exactly what lenders look for, what kills deals at the underwriting stage, and how to position your submission to get to yes.

The Background

From Commercial Banker to Commercial Broker

I launched Endeavance Capital in August 2024 after more than two decades in commercial banking. Over that career I reviewed thousands of loan applications — agricultural, commercial real estate, construction, business lending — at some of the region's most respected financial institutions.

During those years, I watched a pattern repeat itself: solid investors and business owners getting declined — not because their deal was bad, but because it was sent to the wrong lender, packaged incorrectly, or presented without the context an underwriter needed to approve it.

That's a fixable problem. Endeavance Capital was built to fix it.

As a broker, I go to market across a network of private lenders, debt funds, and institutional capital sources to find the right program for your deal. I know what each lender's appetite looks like. I know how to present a deal so it gets approved. And I know when a deal has issues that need to be addressed before it ever goes to a lender — so you don't waste time finding out the hard way.

How I Work

Three Things I Won't Compromise On

01

Integrity

I'll tell you if a deal doesn't work — before you waste time. I've been on the side of the table that issues declines. I'd rather give you a straight answer on day one than string you along for six weeks.

02

Communication

You'll know where your deal stands. No chasing. No wondering. No radio silence when things get complicated. If something changes, you hear it from me first — not from the lender.

03

Certainty of Execution

I've seen too many deals fall apart at the closing table. I know what gets a deal funded and what kills it. I structure submissions to get to a decision — not just an application number.

Let's Talk About Your Deal

Whether you have a deal under contract or are still evaluating options, I am always open to a conversation. Knowing your financing options changes how you negotiate and how you structure the deal.
