About Greg Loudon

I Spent 20 Years on the Bank Side
of This Table. Now I'm on Yours.

I'm Greg Loudon — founder and CEO of Endeavance Capital, Inc., a commercial loan brokerage based in Yakima, Washington.

Before I started this company, I spent over two decades as a commercial banker. KeyBank. Wheatland Bank. Rabo AgriFinance. I've underwritten deals, sat on credit committees, and watched from the inside as good borrowers with solid projects got told no — not because the deal was bad, but because it didn't fit the bank's box.

That stuck with me.

In August 2024, I left institutional banking to do something I couldn't do from inside a bank: go to market across a full network of lenders and find the right fit for each deal — not just the program the bank happened to offer. That's Endeavance Capital.

What I Actually Do

What I Actually Do

I'm a commercial loan broker licensed in 35+ states. My primary focus is real estate investor financing.

Fix-and-Flip Loans Short-term financing for investors buying and renovating residential properties for resale.
DSCR / Rental Loans Long-term financing for buy-and-hold investors and landlords scaling a rental portfolio. No tax returns required.
New Construction Loans Ground-up financing for residential and light commercial builds, with draw-based funding tied to construction milestones.
Commercial Bridge Loans Short-term capital to acquire or reposition commercial property while arranging permanent financing.
Where We Work

Yakima-Based. Built for Washington.
Licensed Nationwide.

Endeavance Capital is headquartered in Yakima, WA. I know this market — the agricultural economy, the real estate dynamics, the investor community here in the Valley. I work with investors and business owners across Yakima, Kittitas, Benton, and Franklin counties regularly.

That said, I'm licensed in 35+ states. If you're outside Washington, I can still help. The lender network is national. The process is the same.

How I Operate

Navy Veteran. Yakima Local.
No Pressure, Ever.

I served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Carl Vinson. That experience shaped how I work: straight talk, follow-through, and no wasted motion. I built Endeavance Capital on three principles I won't bend on.

Integrity
If your deal doesn't work, I'll tell you — and I'll tell you why. That's more useful than stringing you along. I've been on the side of the table that issues declines. A straight answer on day one is worth more than six weeks of false hope.
Communication
You'll know where things stand. I don't go quiet when a deal gets complicated. If something changes, you hear it from me first — not from the lender, and not after the fact.
Certainty of Execution
I've seen too many borrowers get to the closing table only to have a deal fall apart. I structure deals from the start to avoid that. I know what lenders need before they ask for it.
A Note on How I Work

A Note on How I Work

I'm not a call center. I'm not running a volume brokerage. I take on deals I believe in, work them thoroughly, and give each borrower my actual attention.

If you're evaluating a deal and want to understand the financing side before you make an offer, talk to me first. It costs you nothing, and it might save you a mistake.
